2010 Scrapbook EXPO Changes and Cancellation Policy

Changes or Cancellations:  Changes or cancellations on your registration will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the show. There will be a $5.00 service charge for any changes or class cancellations once your registration has been received. Please note that the $3.00 processing fee is non refundable if you should cancel your order.

Changes or Cancellations on shipped orders:  Changes to orders shipped out can only be done if the tickets are shipped back to us and we receive them before the changes cut-off date.  Changed orders will have to be picked up at the will call booth.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

No refunds or exchanges are issued at the show.

Adding to your order: If you would like to add to your original order, and avoid an additional $3.00 credit card processing fee, you can do so by sending us an email to changes@scrapbookexpo.com List your order number and which tickets you would like to have added to your order.  Please include time and date of the ticket.  State that you authorize us to charge the card on-file which you used to place the original order.  If you are concerned about the class being sold out you can place a new order for the class online, however the $3.00 credit card processing fee will not be refunded.

Any changes need to be emailed to changes@scrapbookexpo.com or faxed to 951-848-0711 by the changes cut-off date. Thank you.
