A - Friday, October 2, 2009, if mailing or faxing your registration. (Envelopes must be post marked by this date, faxed forms must also be received by this date)
2 - Can I come and just shop in the exhibit hall? A - Yes, you can purchase a ticket into the exhibit hall for just $8.00 at the door or you can go to a participating scrapbook store and purchase a discount ticket for $6.00. Look on our website for participating stores.
3 - Can I sign up for workshops at the EXPO? A - Yes, you can purchase tickets into workshops at the show (based on availability) starting at 8:00 AM each day. Pre-Register online before the show for a discount! Pre-Registering online is quick, easy and secure.
4 - If the EXPO closes before my workshop begins, how do I get to my workshop? A - Workshops are held in a separate area than the Exhibit Hall/Shopping Mall area. Some workshops are scheduled for before or after the exhibit hall hours.
5 - If I miss my workshop may I receive a refund or workshop kit? A - Unfortunately we can not give workshop kits or refunds when a workshop is missed during or after the EXPO.
6 - Can I sign up with a friend and get into the same workshop? A - Yes, you can order as many workshop tickets as are available, or your friends can sign up at the same time. However, if you would like to take advantage of the show special you will have to place separate orders. There is a limit of one free Friday and Saturday admissions per order.
7 - Will there be plenty of activities to keep me busy all day? A - Yes, there will be many booths, Make & Takes and demos on the exhibit floor, not to mention numerous hands on workshops to choose from throughout the EXPO. Follow that up with the Day or Evening Crops. You probably won't have enough time!
8 - Can I buy my admission tickets in advance? A - Yes, you can purchase dicounted admission tickets online when you register for any workshop or crop. You can also purchase Discount Admission Tickets at participating stores near you. Simply click on the "Coupon Stores" section to the left for a list of stores carrying discount tickets.
9 - Can I change a pre-registration order? A - Yes, as long as the changes are made before the cut-off date. There is a service fee of $5.00 for all changes made to pre-registration orders.
10 - When I pre-register online will I receive a confirmation of my order? A - Yes, you will receive an email confirmation listing the items you ordered within minutes after you complete step 3 of 3. You can also go back online and review your order at any time. If you do not receive a email from us this usually is due to a Anti-SPAM program installed on your computer or your Internet Service Provider has software that is blocking us OR you did not process your order through step 3 of 3. 11 - Can I have my tickets mailed to me before the expo? A - Yes, we offer direct shipping via United Parcel Service if ordered online, for an additional shipping and handling fee. The details are at the end of your order when checking out on Step 2 of 3. (Continental States Only)
12 - Will I be able to bring my wheeled cart or luggage on the exhibit floor? A - In order to make the shopping experience better for all, No wheeled carts or luggage will be allowed on the exhibit floor (exception would be approved strollers see additional information below). 13 - Can I bring my wheeled tote into the crop area? A - Yes, you may bring wheeled totes into the crop area. However, wheeled totes are not permissable on the exhibt floor.
14 - Will electical outlets be available in the crop area? A - Unfortunatly, electrical outlets are not available during our crop events. However, we do have a tool station set up during the crop to help you with your needs. We also have a Cricut tool station set up with some cartridges provided. If you would like to bring your own cartridges, please feel free to do so.
15 - Is admission to the show room floor included in the All Day Crop ticket? A - Unfortunatly, admission is not included with the All Day Crop ticket. If you would like to take advantage of the show special and order three workshops/crop tickets or more, you will qualify for one Free Friday and Saturday admission.
16 - Will I be able to bring my stroller on the exhibit floor? A - UMBRELLA SIZE strollers (single seats) are allowed onto the exhibit floor (infants unable to sit-up will be allowed in single seat strollers). All large single seat strollers are required to be checked at our FREE baggage check area. Check our website for images of acceptable and unacceptable strollers. Click here for more information.
17 - Are children allowed at the Expo, and if so do they need to purchase an admission ticket? A - Children 12 and under are free of charge to the exhibit floor (be sure to read above information regarding strollers). Please note: NO children are allowed in workshops (exceptions are made if the child has a paid ticket and is accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket).
18 - What should I bring with me to the EXPO? A - If you are taking workshops be sure to check the description for additional items that may be needed for that workshop. Recommended supplies are typically at the end of each workshop description.
19 - How do I enter my card in the Scrapbook EXPO "Card Contest"? A - Bring Your entries for the Card Contest to the door prize booth. Please remember to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address on the back of your cards. UP to 2 card submissions per individual scrapbooker will be accepted per event. Only original cards will be accepted for this contest. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and craftmanship. Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be presented. Cards must be turned in to the Door Prize Booth by noon on final day of the EXPO. Winners will be announced the last day of the show at 4:30pm. All entrants release the rights to Scrapbook EXPO. All cards submitted will be sent to the troops.
