Known Email Issues with the Following Internet
Service Providers.

Earthlink/People PC,
Road Runner,
AOL
CUSTOMERS WITH ROAD RUNNER
ACCOUNTS
It has come to our attention that the majority
of our customers with RoadRunner internet service
and e-mail accounts are not receiving any e-mail
from us. RoadRunner is blocking us as spam, so we
don't even get the mail returned to know that it
was never received by you. This includes not only
the e-mail updates, and Scrapbook EXPO e-news, but
Order confirmations as well.
In order to receive e-mail from us, please contact
your service provider with the following information:
1. Click on the following RoadRunner link:
http://www.help.rr.com/rrwho.asp
2. Select your Provider, State, and City.
3. Using the e-mail support feature on Help and
Member Services, send an e-mail to Road Runner stating
the following:
"We receive e-mail from Scrapbook EXPO, and this
e-mail is being blocked by you as spam. This is
not spam. We have signed up for these e-mails to
receive our order confirmations and information
about upcoming shows in our area. What do we need
to do to receive e-mail from them?
Thank you,
[Your name]"

or the 24-hour Telephone Customer Support.

CUSTOMERS WITH EARTHLINK/PEOPLE
PC ACCOUNTS
It has come to our attention that many of our
customers with Earthlink/People PC internet service
and e-mail accounts are not receiving any e-mail
from us. Earthlink/People PC Spam Blocker
if set to Highest Protection requires that you the
user add '@scrapbookexpo.com', and '@scrapbookreporter.com'
to your Accepted Domain List. Scrapbook EXPO
recommends that you set your Spam Blocker Setting
to Medium to make sure you receive email from us
(such as your order confirmation, change Confirmation,
Newsletter, Free Page Layouts, etc.).
CUSTOMERS WITH AOL ACCOUNTS
It has come to our attention that many of our
customers with AOL internet service and e-mail accounts
are not receiving any e-mail from us. AOL
Spam Blockers if set to Highest Protection requires
that you the user add '@scrapbookexpo.com', and
'@scrapbookreporter.com' to your Accepted Domain
List. Scrapbook EXPO recommends that you set
your Spam Blocker Setting to Medium to make sure
you receive email from us (such as your order
confirmation, change Confirmation, Newsletter, Free
Page Layouts, etc.)
If email is still being lost then you can always

If you are still not receiving email from us
then you will need to contact AOL for assistance
with how to make sure you receive email from us.
