For those who love to scrapbook, a crop party is a fun event to take part in.  It is a great time to gather with friends and other scrapbooking enthusiasts, to share creative ideas, learn new techniques and get refocused on your projects.  You don’t have to be a scrapbooker to enjoy this crop, we have many guests who are card makers and stampers as well!

What to Bring:

When attending the crop, you will need to bring supplies that will keep you busy throughout the day.  Many guests will bring their rolling storage totes filled with paper, scissors, trimmer, adhesive, embellishments, albums, pens, ink, stamps…you name it!   We will also have a tool station with Cricut, Kodak & Xyron machines available for use.  Due to a limited supply, please feel free to bring your favorite Cricut cartridges. 

When I Arrive:

When you arrive at the crop you will be able to select your seats and set up for the day.  Crop table and sizes will vary from location.  Items may be left at your table during the day while you shop or take workshops.  However, we do suggest if you have anything of great value that you put it away or take it with you.  We do offer a free baggage check if you feel more comfortable storing your items there.

Seating/Reserved Tables:

Seating is on a first come first serve basis.  We do suggest that if you have a group of friends and would like to guarantee seating together we suggest reserving a crop table.  Our reserved tables will accommodate four guests.  When ordering you will need to select the "Reserved Table" option.  This option will give you four crop tickets, choice of four crop kits and the reserved table fee for one flat rate.

If your friends have purchased their crop tickets individually, you may still reserve a table.  You will need to gather your friends order numbers and e-mail them to changes@scrapbookexpo.com so we can verify that you have 4 crop tickets to reserve the table.  Please indicate in your e-mail what order number you would like to charge the $20 table fee too.  Once we have verified that you do have 4 crop tickets we will then add the table fee to the order you specified and send you a new e-mail confirmation.  Be sure to let your friends know whose name the table reservation is under, so they can find the appropriate tent card in the crop room.

If you would like to have your reserved table next to another reserved table, please be sure to send an e-mail to changes@scrapbookexpo.com  Please indicate that you have a reserved table and that you would like your table next to another guests reserved table.  We will need your order number and the guests order number for us to initiate your request.

Reserved table owners do have the option of adding guests to their reserved table; however the table size will not increase.  Additional guests will be required to purchase a crop ticket. If you know that you will be adding a guest to your reserved table, please send an e-mail to changes@scrapbookexpo.com with your order number and indicate that you have an additional guest and that you will need an extra chair at your table.  Most tables will accommodate up to six people, however two guests will have to sit at the ends where the tables join.  Please remember the table size will not increase if you add guests.

Please do not move crop tables as they are set according to fire code.  We ask that you please see the crop host or event manager if you have any concerns with your table arrangements.

Battery Packs:

We are pleased to announce that you will have a Battery Pack option for your electrical needs. Battery Packs are great for single and double guest users.  Battery Packs are $20 per day.  You do not need to reserve a table to be eligible for a Battery Pack. You must pre-register online or by phone in order to take advantage of this opportunity.  Limited number of battery packs will be available at this time.  Battery Packs will be sold as a separate ticket item.

Electrical outlets will not be available for online sales.  However, if you would like to contact us regarding a wall outlet please call us at 888-252-3976.  Pricing varies on location and venue and ranges from $85 - $125 per outlet.

Crop Gift:

We have Exciting News in 2012!  Back by popular demand we are once again including a selection of products from leading manufacturers worth a retail value of $20 FREE with every purchased Crop ticket!  Whats even better is you will have the opportunity to choose which kit you would like!

Each guest who purchases a crop ticket will have the opportunity to select one Crop Kit with a retail value of $20 for FREE from a variety of leading manufacturers.  Guests may choose to upgrade their crop kits that are greater than the $20 retail value. If the Crop Kit exceeds the retail value of $20, there will be a small fee attached. These kits must be selected online with your crop ticket.  There is a Limit of one kit with each crop ticket purchased.  Quantities are limited and are based on a first come first serve basis.

What Can I Expect:

Throughout the day is a quiet time to crop.  Many guests are shopping the showroom floor and attending workshops, so you can come and go as you please.  During the evening hours we will be hosting a fun filled party with prizes, contests and giveaways to keep you energized throughout the evening.  Vendors will also join in the fun as they advertise their products and run exciting specials.  Each location varies in crop themes, so be sure to check out the appropriate show location so you can create your table centerpiece or dress for the occasion!
