1 - Can I sign up for workshops at the EXPO?

A - Yes, you can purchase tickets into workshops at the show (based on availability) starting at 8:00 AM each day. Pre-Register online before the show for a discount! Pre-Registering online is quick, easy and secure.

2 - Is the "Show Special" automatically added to my order or do I need to add it myself?

A - When you're placing your order online and you have selected three or more events (crop or workshop tickets), you will then want to select the "Free Admission" tab and place a (1) in the box. This will then add the admissions to your order. Please note that it will not work if you do not have three events in place already.

3 - If I'm registering for myself and a guest and we each are taking three workshops, will we receive two free gifts?

A - Unfortunately, there is only one free gift per order. We suggest that you place separate orders if you would like to qualify for additional gifts.

4 - Do Teacher Pet positions qualify for a "Free Gift"?

A - To qualify for the "Free Gift" you will need to purchase at least three full priced workshops or crop tickets to qualify.

5 - Do Teacher Pet positions qualify for the "Show Special"?

A - To qualify for the "Show Special" you will need to purchase three full priced events (crop or workshop tickets).

6 - If the EXPO closes before my workshop begins, how do I get to my workshop?

A - Workshops are held in a separate area than the Exhibit Hall/Shopping Mall area. Some workshops are scheduled for before or after the exhibit hall hours.

7 - If I miss my workshop may I receive a refund or workshop kit?

A - Unfortunately we can not give workshop kits or refunds when a workshop is missed during or after the EXPO.

8 - Can I sign up with a friend and get into the same workshop?

A - Yes, you can order as many workshop tickets as are available, or your friends can sign up at the same time. However, if you would like to take advantage of the "Show Special" and qualify for additional free admissions, we suggest that you place separate orders. There is a limit of one free Friday and Saturday admissions per order.

9 - Will there be plenty of activities to keep me busy all day?

A - Yes, there will be many booths, Make & Takes and demos on the exhibit floor, not to mention numerous hands on workshops to choose from and our crop party. You probably won't have enough time!

10 - Can I buy my admission tickets in advance "Online"?

A - Yes, you can purchase admission tickets online when pre-registration opens. Online admission tickets are $7.00 each day.

"Early Bird Shopping Hour" If you purchase a workshop or crop ticket you will qualify to enter the show room floor early at 9am on Friday vs. 10am.

If you do not purchase a workshop or crop ticket, you may still participate in the early bird shopping hour on Friday for $12. Early Bird entry is 9am!

Some local scrapbook stores have the opportunity to sell discount tickets. Simply click on the Store link for a list of stores carrying discount tickets.

11 - I received a $2.00 off admission coupon at a store; can I use this coupon online?

A - The online admission price already includes the $2.00 off general admission.

12 - Can I change a pre-registration order?

A - Yes, as long as the changes are made before the cut-off date. There is a service fee of $5.00 for all changes (subtractions or switches) made to pre-registration orders. Additions to orders will not incur the $5.00 fee.

13 - When I pre-register online will I receive a confirmation of my order?

A - Yes, you will receive an email confirmation listing the items you ordered within minutes after you complete step 3 of 3. You can also go back online and review your order at any time. If you do not receive an email from us this usually is due to an Anti-SPAM program installed on your computer or your Internet Service Provider has software that is blocking us OR you did not process your order through step 3 of 3. 14 - Can I have my tickets mailed to me before the expo?

A - Yes, we offer direct shipping via United Parcel Service if ordered online, for an additional shipping and handling fee. The details are at the end of your order when checking out on Step 2 of 3. (Continental States Only). Tickets will ship approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the show. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, so please be sure to use your physical address.

15 - Will I be refunded my $3.00 processing fee if I cancel my order?

A - Unfortunately, we do not refund the $3.00 processing fee that you were charged when you placed your initial order. If you decide to cancel your order please remember there is a $5.00 cancellation fee.

16 - Will I be able to bring my wheeled cart or luggage on the exhibit floor?

A - In order to make the shopping experience better for all, No wheeled carts or luggage will be allowed on the exhibit floor (exception would be approved strollers see additional information below). Look for our FREE Baggage Check area at the EXPO. Wheel chairs and scooters are permitted for handicap reasons. Click here for more information.

17 - Can I bring my wheeled tote into the crop area?

A - Yes, you may bring wheeled totes into the crop area. However, wheeled totes are not permissible on the exhibit floor.

18 - Will electrical outlets be available in the crop area?

A - Battery Pack Reservations

We are pleased to announce that you will have the option of having electricity at your table where you can operate your die cut machines, photo printers, lights and laptop computers. Battery Packs are great for single and double guest users. Battery Packs are $20 per day. You do not need to reserve a table to be eligible for a Battery Pack. You must pre-register online or by phone in order to take advantage of this opportunity. Limited number of battery packs will be available at this time. Battery Packs will be sold as a separate ticket item.

Electric Table Reservations

Guests may also enjoy the option of having electricity dropped to their reserved table. This option is great for our reserved tables as it will accommodate 4 - 6 guests at the table. You will be supplied with a power strip and an electrical hook up where you can operate your die cut machines, photo printers, lights and laptop computers. These tables will be on a first come first serve basis and will only be sold at a flat rate fee: no individual tickets will be sold for these tables. Admission to the show floor is sold separately. You must pre-register online or by phone in order to take advantage of this opportunity. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate orders placed after the pre-registration deadline.

When placing your order online there will be a ticketed item that will include four crop tickets, a $20 table reservation fee and the cost of the electrical connection which will vary from show to show. Each reserved table will come complete with a power strip. Scrapbook EXPO is not responsible for damages or loss at these special reserved tables.

19 - Is admission to the show room floor included in the Crop ticket?

A - Unfortunately, admission is not included with the Crop ticket. If you would like to take advantage of the "Show Special" and order three workshops/crop tickets or more, you will qualify for one Free Friday and Saturday admission. Please note that our Anaheim EXPO is a three day show and you will have the choice at will call to determine which two free admission days you would like. Please see prior FAQ.

20 - If the crop tickets are sold out, can I still reserve a table?

A - You may only reserve a table if you already have 4 crop tickets (before sell out). Unfortunately, we do not have additional tables once the crop tickets have sold out. Please note that show locations may vary on seating requirements to reserve a table.

21 - Can I still reserve a crop table if my friends and I placed separate orders?

A - Yes, you can. You will need to gather your friends order numbers and e-mail them to changes@scrapbookexpo.com so we can verify that you have 4 crop tickets to reserve the table. Please indicate in your e-mail what order number you would like to charge the $20 table fee too. Once we have verified that you do have four crop tickets we will then add the table fee to the order you specified and send you a new e-mail confirmation. Be sure to let your friends know whose name the table reservation is under, so they can find the appropriate tent card in the crop room.

22 - What if I have five or six friends that want to sit at our crop table, but the reserved seating is only for four?

A - This year we have reduced the number of seating at the crop tables to allow more room for you to scrap. If you would like to sit five or six guests at your table you may do so. However, please send us an email to changes@scrapbookexpo.com letting us know that you want five or six chairs at your table; we will also need your order number as to who the table reservation is under. Please note that if you're adding seating to your table you will need to purchase crop tickets for those guests.

23 - Will I be able to bring my stroller on the exhibit floor?

A - UMBRELLA SIZE strollers (single seats) are allowed onto the exhibit floor (infants unable to sit-up will be allowed in single seat strollers). All large single seat strollers are required to be checked at our FREE baggage check area. Check our website for images of acceptable and unacceptable strollers. Click here for more information.

24 - Are scooters and wheelchairs permitted on the show room floor?

A - Yes.

25 - Are children allowed at the Expo, and if so do they need to purchase an admission ticket?

A - Children 12 and under are free of charge to the exhibit floor (be sure to read above information regarding strollers). Please note: NO children are allowed in workshops (exceptions are made if the child has a paid ticket and is accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket).

26 - Are children allowed into the workshops and or crop area?

A - Yes, children are allowed into workshops or the crop if they have purchased a ticket.

27 - What should I bring with me to the EXPO?

A - If you're taking workshops be sure to check the description list for additional items that may be needed for that workshop. Recommended supplies are typically at the end of each workshop description.
