Changes & Cancellation Policy

Changes or Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations on your registration will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the show. There will be a $5.00 service charge for any changes or class cancellations once your registration has been received. Please note that the $3.00 processing fee is non refundable if you should cancel your order.  To make changes simply respond to the "View Order XXXX" link at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.    As soon as we receive your request we will make the necessary changes.

Changes or Cancellations on shipped orders:

Changes to orders shipped out can only be done if the tickets are shipped back to us and we receive them before the changes cut-off date.  Changed orders will have to be picked up at the will call booth.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Adding to your order:

If you would like to add to your original order, and avoid an additional $3.00 credit card processing fee, you can do so by responding to the "View Order XXXX" link at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.    As soon as we receive your request we will make the necessary changes.  Once changes have been made if there is a balance due we will send you an e-mail with the necessary steps for you to make your payment.   For security purposes Scrapbook EXPO will no longer store or bill credit cards that were used to place the original order. Payments must be made within 48hrs of change.  If you have problems making payments via the web, please call 888-252-3976. Please note that when adding tickets to your order there is no $5.00 change fee.

No Refunds or Exchanges are issued at the show.
