If you purchase 3 or more Workshops / Crop tickets you qualify to receive a Free Friday & Saturday Admission to shop the showroom floor (Limit one free Friday and one free Saturday admission per order).  To receive your free admission, simply add "1 Free Friday and Saturday Admission" when ordering online and your tickets will be added to your order.  If you would like to qualify for additional free admissions, you will need to register your friends on separate orders.  Teacher's pet positions do not qualify as Workshops.

Be one of the first 250 guests to Pre-register for three (3) or more workshops and you qualify to receive a Free Gift. (Teachers pet positions do not qualify as Workshops.) Simply select 1 Free Gift and you will receive a ticket to redeem at the door prize booth for your Free Gift.  Only one Free Gift per order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• We do accept the following forms of payments: Cash, Check or Credit Cards. Picture ID is required when using a Credit Card or Check

• Admission Ticket $8.00 each day

• Workshop Tickets $21.00 - $48.00 per class
  Prices subject to change prior to pre-registration opening.

• Friday & Saturday All Day Crop $40.00 per person each day.  All Day Crops include the Evening Crop Party.  (Admission to shop the show room floor is sold separately)

• Friday & Saturday Crop Nights $20.00 per person each night

• Reserving a Table at the Crop
  Do you have a group of (6) scrapbooking friends? Would you like to all be together? You may reserve a table at anyone of our crop events for $15, which will guarantee that you and your friends will be able to sit together. To reserve a table you will need to purchase six individual crop tickets (All Day or Evening) to be eligible for a crop table reservation. Once you have selected six crop tickets you may then purchase a table reservation for $15. Crop tables are based upon availability. Please see "Common Questions" for more help on this topic.

• Electric at the crops!  NEW for 2010!
  We are pleased to announce that for our 2010 crops you will have the option of having electricity at your reserved table where you can operate your die cut machines, photo printers, lights and laptop computers. These tables will be on a first come first serve basis and will only be sold at a flat rate fee; no individual tickets will be sold for these tables. You must pre-register online or by phone in order to take advantage of this opportunity. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate orders placed after the pre-registration deadline.
  
  Here is how up to 6 guests can sit at one of these special reserve tables. When placing your online order there will be a ticketed item that will include six crop tickets, a $15 table reservation fee and the cost of the electrical connection which will vary from show to show. Each reserved table will come complete with a power strip. These tables must be ordered during pre-registration for each show location. Scrapbook EXPO is not responsible for damages or loss at these special reserve tables. Please see "Common Questions" for more help on this topic.

Pre-Register and you will be entered to win prizes before the Show!!

Any guest who pre-registers online will have their name automatically entered into scheduled drawings throughout the pre-registration process.  Prizes can be picked up at the show.  See the grid below for a list of prizes.  If you register early you will be entered to win more prizes.  Winners Names will be posted on the website and the Winners of the Armoires will be contacted directly.

Hobby Hideaway's new Mini Workstation The New Hobby Hideaway Mini Workstation is 36" Wide, 21" Deep, and 60" Tall.  It fits easily in a pick-up and most full size SUV's.  The Mini Workstation Winners will pick up their prize at the show.

New Contest for 2010!
"Creativity Showcase"
Scrapbook EXPO is looking for creativity!  Are you a Savvy Scrapbooker or how about a Creative Card Maker?  Is your specialty in Home Decor projects or Papercrafts?  If so this contest is for you.  We are looking for any and all types of creative projects using scrapbook supplies.  From page layouts full of memories to beautiful wall hangings this contest offers everyone the opportunity to join in and show just how creative you can be.  All of the projects will be displayed on the show floor for all of your fellow crafters to see.  Photos are not required in projects entered.  Projects will be displayed in several areas of the show floor.  The top 3 winners will receive a great prize package of items to use to create their next creative project!  Each guest may submit 2 items to be judged.  Entries must be submitted to the door prize booth before 2pm on the last day of the show to qualify.  Winning entries will appear on the Scrapbook EXPO website.  So get your projects ready for our Creativity Showcase Contest!

Scrapbook EXPO has the right to retain the 3 winning entries from the contest. These entries will become the property of Scrapbook EXPO and will be published on the Scrapbook EXPO website. All other entries may be picked up at the door prize booth after the winning entries are announced on the last day of the show between 4:40pm & 4:45pm. Scrapbook EXPO is not responsible for entries not claimed during this time frame.  All unclaimed entries will be left at the show.  Contest winners will be announced at 4:30pm the last day of the show.  Winners need not be present to win.

One of the most exciting things about the Expo is the Scrapbook Mall! There will be many booths filled with anything and everything an avid scrapbooker could ever want. Bring scissors, adhesive and extra blank scrapbook pages for the numerous make & takes on the exhibit floor. Various manufacturers will also be demonstrating new products and services.
